Cancellation Terms:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (e.g., email).
- Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the respective hotel, service provider, or transport vendor tied to your booking.
- As a general guideline:
* 30+ days before travel: Eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of administrative or supplier charges.
* 15–29 days before travel: Partial refund may be possible (typically up to 50% of package cost), depending on supplier rules.
* Less than 15 days before travel: Usually non-refundable, unless specifically allowed by the hotel/service provider.
Force Majeure & Exceptional Events:
- In cases such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions, Glomerate Gotravelics Private Limited will attempt to reschedule or adjust your booking.
- Refunds in such situations are strictly subject to the policies of the hotels and service providers involved.
Processing Refunds:
- Approved refunds will credit within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Certain services (e.g., promotional deals, last-minute bookings, peak-season reservations) may be non-refundable as specified at the time of booking.
Amendments & Additional Fees:
- Requests to modify bookings (e.g., travel dates, hotel category, inclusions) may result in additional charges and are subject to partner/vendor availability.
Group Bookings:
- Group reservations often carry stricter cancellation rules. These will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
No-Shows & Visa Denials:
- No refunds are applicable in case of a no-show.
- If a visa application is denied, standard cancellation rules will apply.
Dispute Resolution:
- Glomerate Gotravelics Private Limited aims to resolve all concerns amicably. If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be subject to Indian laws and handled in the appropriate jurisdiction.
