Actual service availability depends on destination, supplier confirmation, payment status, travel dates, and applicable terms of third-party service providers.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Required customer details are submitted.
- Applicable payment is received.
- Supplier or service provider confirmation is received, wherever required.
- Confirmation is issued by Gotravelics Holidays through email, WhatsApp, receipt, invoice, or written communication.
A quotation does not guarantee booking confirmation until payment and supplier confirmation are completed.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices may vary based on availability, season, supplier rates, taxes, government fees, fuel charges, currency fluctuation, and other applicable charges.
Payments may be accepted through UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway, cash, or other approved methods. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct payment details while making payment.
5. Cancellation, Refund, and Changes
Cancellation, refund, date change, hotel change, transport change, or itinerary modification will be subject to:
- Supplier policy.
- Hotel, airline, transport, or vendor terms.
- Applicable cancellation charges.
- Administrative or service charges, where applicable.
- Government rules, taxes, and non-refundable components.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation/refund from the relevant supplier or service provider.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including name, mobile number, email, passenger details, identity details, travel dates, and payment details.
Customers are responsible for checking all booking details, travel dates, passenger names, hotel details, transport details, and itinerary information before confirming the booking.
Gotravelics Holidays will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
7. WhatsApp Communication
We may use WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp Cloud API to communicate with customers for service-related and support-related purposes.
By submitting your mobile number or WhatsApp number, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from us related to:
- Enquiries and quotations.
- Booking confirmations.
- Payment reminders and payment confirmations.
- Receipts, invoices, and document links.
- Itinerary updates and travel alerts.
- Customer support responses.
We may use approved WhatsApp templates for business-initiated communication. You may opt out of promotional WhatsApp communication by replying STOP or contacting us.
8. Third-Party Services
Travel services may be delivered by third-party hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity providers, payment gateways, and other suppliers. Their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, cancellation policies, and service rules may apply.
Gotravelics Holidays acts as a facilitator or service coordinator for such bookings and is not responsible for service failure caused directly by third-party providers, force majeure, weather, government restrictions, strikes, delays, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Website and App Use
You agree not to misuse our website, app, booking forms, payment pages, WhatsApp communication, or support channels.
You must not attempt to interfere with website security, submit false information, misuse payment links, access unauthorized data, or use our services for illegal purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, design, software, service flow, and materials owned by Gotravelics Holidays are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gotravelics Holidays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law and supplier terms.

We are not responsible for delay, cancellation, non-performance, or service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, technical failures, supplier failure, or transport disruption.
